a beautiful built in pool. The view from the deck takes in a
fantastic 180 degree view of the Kona coastline, as well as the
rolling lawns, fruit trees and palms that are part of the acre
property. To top this your very private 3 bedroom 2 bath home and
separate1 bedroom 1 bath guest quarters all enjoy the view from just
about every window.
This home and guest apartment will sleep 10
comfortably and includes everything you will need. The main house
has 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the
other 2 bedrooms, cable TV, stereo, and complete kitchen with
dishwasher. There are also laundry facilities. The separate
apartment has 1 king bed and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room,
cable TV and stereo. The apartment kitchen has a refrigerator,
microwave and sink.
The house is located 3 miles from the Kona
airport and 6 miles from Kailua. Go 10 miles north and you will find
the hotels and resorts. Other amenities include a ping pong table, horseshoe
pit, air conditioning and ceiling fans, maid service available. The
pool is 5 ft. deep in the shallow end and 9ft deep in the deep
end, and not recommended for small children.
